Program Leader, Demand Analytics and Customer Energy Management

Qualifications

Education: Candidate is required to have a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 8 years of position related electric utility experience. Also preferred to have transmission and/or distribution utility experience and understanding of electric substations and metering.

Knowledge: This position requires the application of engineering theory and practice in carrying out its responsibilities. Must have general knowledge of power system functionality and communications. Knowledge of how to analyze customer and usage data is required, as well as judgement in how to engage with customers to develop energy-centric resource and usage programs. Knowledge of outage management systems and SCADA systems is desirable.

Abilities and Skills: Position requires good oral and written communications skills. Must have extensive problem solving skills and be able to organize work to meet deadlines. Must have the ability to work independently, perform the activities necessary to complete work assignments described in the position description and be able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments. Work requires attention to detail and the completion of reports, which require a high degree of accuracy and detail. Ability to supervise and direct work of others.
