Board of Directors Meeting Information
Thank you for joining us for the September 2021 Valley Electric Association, Inc. Board of Directors meeting.
This meeting will be held in person as well as virtually. If attending virtually we ask that when registering and signing into this webinar meeting, you please fill out your correct contact information. This is important for taking attendance at the meeting and will be used in place of the sign in sheet. If attending in person, a sign in sheet will be available at the door.
Virtual attendees will be able to ask their questions during the Member Comment portions of the meeting. If you are attending in person please indicate on the sign in sheet that you would like to speak during members comment and we will call on you during the permitted time. Those attending via Zoom’s please use the raise your hand feature, which is located at the bottom of your screen. If you would like to speak please select the raise your hand button during this time. When it is your turn, the host will speak your name (the name you used to sign in) and let you know that your microphone is unmuted. There will be a three-minute time limit per member. After your allotted time, your microphone will resume its previously muted status. REMINDER: Your microphone will only be turned on during Member Comment. If an action is needed, directors will do their best to respond accordingly. What you have to say is important to us, if you have any further questions contact your director.
