Board of Directors Meeting Information
Thank you for joining us for the February 2021 Valley Electric Association, Inc. Board of Directors meeting.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the February Board Meeting will be held in the first week of March.
This meeting will be performed as similar to our in-person meetings as possible. We ask that when registering and signing into this webinar meeting, you please fill out your correct contact information. This is important for taking attendance at the meeting and will be used in place of the sign in sheet.
Members will be able to ask their questions during the Member Comment portion of the meeting. This will be organized via Zoom’s raise your hand feature, which is located at the bottom of your screen. If you would like to speak please select the raise your hand button during this time. When it is your turn, the host will speak your name (the name you used to sign in) and let you know that your microphone is unmuted. There will be a three-minute time limit per member. After your allotted time, your microphone will resume its previously muted status. REMINDER: Your microphone will only be turned on during Member Comment. If an action is needed, directors will do their best to respond accordingly. What you have to say is important to us, if you have any further questions contact your director.
