Board of Directors Policies

The purpose of this Board of Directors manual is to publish rules and guiding principles by which the Board of Directors for Valley Electric Association, Inc. (the “Association”) shall operate. No Director of the Association has the authority to modify or amend these policies without the approval of the majority of the Board of Directors.

It is the recommendation of the Board of Directors that this policy manual be reviewed no less than annually.
