2023 District Meeting Election Results
The 2023 District Meetings have concluded, ending with Director Elections for Districts 5 & 6 Board Seats.
The results are in for the 2022 Board of Director elections for Districts 5 and 6. Valley would like to congratulate director-elects Kevin McMahan District 5 and Brent Kaucky, District 6. The newly elected directors will take their seats immediately following the Annual Meeting, which is scheduled for June 16th.

Quorum Required = 16 memberships
Total Valid Ballots = 174
W. Kevin McMahan = 118 votes
Gail Beckman = 56 votes
Total Membership Participation = 175
District 6:
Total Membership = 7224
Quorum Required = 145 memberships
Total Valid Ballots = 1024 (7 Unexercised ballots received)
Brent Kaucky = 636 votes
Paul Healey – Withdrawn = 381 votes
Total Membership Participation = 1029
